Mission Statement: The Faith, Hope & Charity Auxiliary is a service organization volunteering time and talents to benefit the children through special events.

The Faith, Hope & Charity Auxiliary was formed in the fall of 2003. The purpose of the Auxiliary is to benefit the special children we serve through special events and remembering special days like birthdays and holidays.

A few facts about the Auxiliary:

· The purpose of the Auxiliary is to benefit the children at Faith, Hope & Charity through special events, remembering a child
during special times of the year, or “just because”.

· Auxiliary members may choose to “adopt” a special child in our residential program for events and their birthday, be an active
member to help at certain times of the year (ie: bring treats to the Christmas party), or support the children by donating
needed items.

· Auxiliary members sponsoring a child are encouraged to make their child feel special in their own way on birthdays.

· Auxiliary members will purchase gifts (around $15) for events they participate in. (ie: Christmas party)

· The Auxiliary will meet 2-3 times a year for planning purposes.

· There is no membership cost.

· Members will receive many heart-warming smiles from the children.

I do a lot of volunteer work and there is nothing that touches my heart more than my involvement I have with our special Child, Danielle at Faith, Hope & Charity. Not only does she touch my heart, but my two daughters, Grace (8) and Holly (3). It is wonderful to see Danielle's smile and her eyes light up when we are all together. Grace and Holly have seen that Danielle is a Special Gal and we are very blessed to have her in our lives!!
