Dedicated Team
Each child in Faith, Hope & Charity’s Community Services Program has a dedicated team behind them. The team consists of the following people so they can become and independent and individual as possible:
- Parents/Guardians
- Social Services
- Program Coordinator
- Program Assistant
- Case Manager
Faith, Hope and Charity’s community services program has been life-changing for my family. While participating in respite weekends, our son has had wonderful experiences in the community and made strong personal connections to the caring and professional FHC staff.
