Human Resources Director
The Human Resources Director is responsible for the overall coordination of Faith, Hope & Charity's Human Resources Department. Direct Support Staff
The Direct Support Staff will be responsible to the Supervisor of their Department for the supervision and support of persons served in Faith, Hope & Charity's residential facility or in the person's home, and in the community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide supervision, support and appropriate care to meet needs to individuals' served.
- Support the development of life skills of persons served in all appropriate areas of life through the use of formal programming, informal procedures, daily routines, and opportunities for teachable moments. READ MORE
Medication Aide
The Medication Aide/Overnight Medical Staff is responsible to the Director of Nursing for the overall medical care of each resident as well as time-time medical procedures and clerical duties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Following procedures with will ensure that the total health needs are being met for all persons served.
- Administering appropriate medications at prescribed times and responsible for proper medication administration in accordance to self administration medication program and procedures developed by the Program Director. READ MORE

Flexible Hours Available
Our Residential Program is home to 32 children. These children live at Faith, Hope & Charity year-round while receiving services to meet their emotional, physical and developmental needs. Our Community Services Program is designed for children who still live in their home setting. Educational and respite services are provided to them usually during after school hours and on weekends.
