Direct Care & Night Attendant – The Direct Care position is responsible for the instruction and care of the residents during the work shift.  Care for each resident includes nutritional, leisure, emotional and physical needs.  It requires being involved with caring for the residents and assisting on special outings, and recreational activities.  It also includes light housekeeping duties.

Nurse – The Nurse on duty is responsible for the overall medical care of each resident. They will provide proper administration of medications and G-tube feedings and documenting and maintaining accurate medical information in the resident’s files.  They must be available to cover medical concerns, medical/hospital trips, or other related health matters as necessary.

Medication Aide – The Medication Aide is responsible for the overall medical care of each resident.  Responsibilities include administering medications and G-tube feedings at prescribed times and documenting all information properly.  Also being available for medical/dental appointments as necessary.

Night Floater (Medical) – The Night Floater (Medical) is responsible for night-time medical procedures and clerical duties.  Responsibilities include relieving the Night Attendant in specified homes for night-time breaks and administering appropriate medications and G-tube feedings at prescribed times and documenting all information properly.  May also be asked to assist with baths, grooming, and active treatment in early morning hours.
